Nervous System Rewiring & Subconscious Practice
I help people in burnout and autoimmune volatility teach their nervous system it is safe again — through subconscious and unconscious rewiring in guided meditation, twenty minutes at a time.
Your body is not broken. It is reporting. Burnout and autoimmune flares are often the nervous system still braced for threat — not a failure of mindset. Rewiring happens in deep states of consciousness, not by arguing with the mind alone.
What this is
Subconscious and unconscious rewiring through guided meditation — for people whose bodies have started keeping score.
For fourteen years Tolo Aria provided intraoperative education to surgeons; her own autoimmune illness led to subconscious and unconscious rewiring through guided meditation into deep states of consciousness — what healed her body. Sound and ceremony support that work at times. Sessions are one-to-one or in small groups, in person and online.
What sessions include
- Guided meditation & rewiring — Subconscious and unconscious rewiring through guided meditation that accesses deep states of consciousness — the core of every session and of The Return.
- Somatic work & breath — Breath and body-based practice when flares, bracing, and exhaustion live beneath what the mind has already agreed should be fine.
- Sound & ceremony — Gongs, bowls, and held ceremony support the circle at times — they are not the rewiring itself.
This may be for you if
- You live with burnout or autoimmune volatility — flares, sleep disruption, bracing you cannot think your way out of
- You have tried supplements, diets, or protocols and still feel stuck
- You want a practice, not a performance of wellness
