Sacred Valley & Lake Titicaca

Two movements across the Andes — grounding in the Sacred Valley, reflection at the highest navigable lake on earth. Sound, ceremony, and the living wisdom of the Inca tradition woven through land that has held human healing for thousands of years.

About the Journey

The journey

Sacred Valley, Lake Titicaca, / and the living Andes.

From the high terraces of the Sacred Valley to the mirror-still waters of Lake Titicaca — an arc of grounding, reflection, and remembrance. Named sites below; additional ceremonial passages are shared privately with accepted pilgrims.

The chakana

  • Body: The chakana is the Andean cross that holds the three worlds: the inner world, the middle world of this life, and the upper world. In Peru we walk that map in the body — earth, the living middle, and the sky — not as a diagram. As a way of being on the land.

Sound through the Andes

  • Body: Sacred instruments carried from valley terraces to high-altitude ceremonial sites and the open lake. The mountain and the water amplify what the flat land cannot hold. Each site is chosen for its resonance, its history, and its alignment.

Living lineage

  • Body: The Andean tradition is not museum-piece history. It is alive. Tolo works in relationship with the land and its keepers — ceremony that is rooted, not extracted.

Intimate group

  • Body: Small enough that every ceremony lands. Large enough to create the container that group resonance makes possible. Exact capacity confirmed in journey materials.

Sacred Sites

Where we go

Sacred sites.

This is only a touch of the journey. Some passages are confirmed after inquiry.

Pisac

  • Body: Terraces and temple above the valley — ceremony at altitude, the Apus close.

Ollantaytambo

  • Body: Living Inca stone — a passage point between worlds, held in stillness.

Machu Picchu

  • Body: The citadel in cloud — not a photo stop. A container for remembrance.

Lake Titicaca

  • Body: The highest navigable lake on earth — sky and water as one mirror. Stillness, inner seeing, the upper world.

Sites shared after inquiry

  • Body: Additional ceremonial passages and ancient portal sites — confirmed privately with accepted pilgrims. Unnamed here on purpose.

Your Guide

Your Guide

Tolo Aria

For thirteen years, Tolo supported surgeries, providing guidance, instruction, and education to surgeons. Then her own body stopped responding. Sound, ceremony, and Yoga Nidra became the way back. Tolo has led ceremonial journeys in sacred lands and brings the same nervous system depth she works with in her practice to every landscape she enters.
