Sessions & Programs

Private guidance, ceremony, training, and journeys — one place to see what is available and how to begin.

The Return — Twelve one-to-one sessions of subconscious rewiring and nervous system restoration.
Energy Medicine & Reiki — Usui Reiki, Pellowah, biofield tuning, energy medicine, and frequency work.

Ceremony & Ritual (Cacao · Blue lotus · Rose) — Intentional, carefully held ceremony for release, remembrance and life transitions, shaped around what you are moving through now. Ceremony works with the elements, fire, water, earth and air, and with the subtle realms in connection with vital energy. We learn delicate ritual practices for embodying the elements, drawn from the traditions of ancient Egypt, the Andean cosmology lineage, and at times the Vedic tradition. These are part of a return to ourselves within nature. As a carrier and student of the rose and the blue lotus, I work with cacao, blue lotus, and rose in ceremony.
Land & Space Clearing — Attentive work with the felt quality of a place to clear stagnation, restore coherence, and help a home, workspace or piece of land feel settled again. The clearing is held with resins, herbs and sacred waters gathered on my travels to sacred sites around the world, in Egypt, Peru, Mexico, Bali and beyond, including cedar, sage, rose, copal, frankincense, myrrh and palo dulce, along with holy waters from sacred sites, including the waters of Mary Magdalene in Southern France and, at times, the Osirion in ancient Egypt.

Sound Healer Training & Mentorship — Learn to create and hold a sound immersion. Usui Reiki attunements are also available by enquiry. Training and mentorship for those called to work with sound as a healing practice — foundations, instruments, rhythm, modes, the arc of a journey, and creating custom immersions, with ongoing mentorship as you begin offering sound to others.
