For thirteen years I worked inside Western medicine, supporting surgeons in Trauma I and II hospitals. That world taught me the body with precision, and it also showed me its limits. When my own health broke down and autoimmune symptoms took hold, everything I knew about managing a body wasn't enough to heal one.

So I went deeper. Yoga Nidra, breathwork, sound, meditation practices held by lineage for thousands of years, and through them, my body healed. Not managed. Healed. What stayed with me was the understanding underneath it: the body restores itself when we return to the states where healing actually happens.

That understanding led me to the temples. Egypt, Peru, Lake Titicaca, sacred sites built with mathematical precision and aligned to the sky, designed as chambers of initiation. On that land I met what I now teach as the Solar Feminine: the current the ancient world encoded in Sekhmet, Hathor, and Ma'at, fierce clarity, love as medicine, and truth as the compass.

Southern France carries that same current in a Western lineage. These are the Magdalene lands, where the Grail and Cathar traditions kept the memory of the Christos: the Christ consciousness embodied in Yeshua and held in the feminine by Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene. Magdalene stands here as a teacher and bearer of that wisdom in her own right, not a footnote to it. This is the thread of my deeper work, the Solar Feminine that Egypt encoded in Sekhmet, Hathor, and Ma'at is the same current the West remembered in Mary and Magdalene. One lineage of the sacred feminine, carried across traditions.

Today I lead pilgrimages to these lands and guide deep rest, sound, and breath practices rooted in both lineage and science. This is not a retreat model. It is initiation, ceremony on the land, in the temples, held in an intimate group.
